I've been thinking of getting into the whole podcast thing. I might do a video workout podcast, maybe 3 times a week.

I think it would be helpful to the ladies out there who may want to get in shape for summer.

Anyone have any suggestions on content or how to actually do a video podcast?? Has anyone ever done one of these?

I don't know anything about how to do a pod cast. I actually don't even know what a pod cast is. But a work out video is a cool idea! I would try it. I like the videos better then going to the gym. Especially with a toddler around. What I usually look for is one that is about 20 minutes long, and includes all over body exercises. Not just those ones that concentrate on specific areas, like "Buns of Steel." That's kind of lame.

Hey Shai,

I was thinking maybe pilates one day, aerobics one day and maybe a belly dance class (although it is a fairly targeted area).

I'm still figuring out if I can do it or not, I don't think it should be too hard.

Cool! I always wanted to learn pilates. I've read it's the best way to tone up.
I still like to do Tai Chi, yoga, and boxing. I just don't get much of a chance to do it, and I've been sort of lazy when it comes to exercising regularly. I need to get back in the routine.
