Peace

Once upon a time in the Land of Peace there lived a beautiful Princess named Annie. She lived in a HUGE stone castle that she had decorated all by herself and which everyone agreed was the most beautiful castle in all the Lands. The castle had many gardens and lawns and to the west ran the Great River which led to the sea off in the distance. It was a most happy Kingdom, wherein all who dwelled dwelled in peace. Even the lowest of the low, like poor misguided and now dead Pablo Escobar Jr., were made more beautiful by association to the Princess, who had buried poor Pablo beneath a Willow along the River, and who wept there quite romantically while remembering his lost soul.

The lesser kingdoms, the lowercase kingdoms, were fiercly jealous of the beautiful Princess and the Peace possessed in her Land. They hated this Peace because they knew none, they knew only envy and rudeness. They knew only to complain and never to give thanks. Their time they spent in deep discussion on why the Peace was unfair to those who knew none. These were men who deemed themselves "liberal" and "communist" at the same time, "independent" men who lived in mean huts which leaked in the rain and blew cold through the holes in the walls. They thought everyone should live this way, since it never entered into their minds that they could all live well, as that would require effort and work on their part.

These crude and unwholesome folk would ride to the boundaries of Princess Annie's Land, but they could not bring themselves to set foot over the border, they treated the ground as if sacred, as if it held a magic that both compelled and repelled them, and they would stare, and watch the happy people in the distance, wishing they could cross the border but knowing they could not.

Poor sinners, the Princess would think when she saw them gather on the border. Then she would rouse the guard, and have them hunt the loosers down, killing all prisoners. Why? Because nothing is more dangerous to Peace than liberal communism.

You aren't a communist are you Marcia? Communists hate the good life.

Liberalism and communism are kissing cousins.

I'd have you spared, of course.

Individual rights and freedoms???

Right. Sure. You believe that all the way to the camps, Marcia.

Marcia is way too serious. She wasn't like that on the show! We need Alice to loosen her up again!

So the Klan marching through the streets is liberal.

Got ya.
